Terms and Conditions: Disney+ Bundling
(“Disney+ Bundling Terms”)
These Disney+ Bundling Terms specifically govern the purchase of the Disney+ Bundling Package on the Vidio Platform (“Disney+ Bundling”), including access to and the activation mechanism for the services included in such package.
By purchasing and activating the Disney+ Bundling, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Disney+ Bundling Terms, which constitute additional terms to, and remain subject to, the General Terms, Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Vidio Platform (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”), all of which are incorporated by reference into and form an integral part of these Disney+ Bundling Terms.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Disney+ Bundling Terms and the Terms and Conditions, these Disney+ Bundling Terms shall prevail to the extent of and solely in relation to such discrepancy or inconsistency. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined in these Disney+ Bundling Terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions.
A.Purchase of Disney+ Bundling
1.“Disney+ Bundling” is a bundled subscription package consisting of Vidio Ultimate All Screen and Disney+ Standard, which may only be used within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
2.Disney+ Bundling can be purchased directly through the Vidio Platform using the available payment methods as further provided under the General Terms and Conditions.
3.For the avoidance of doubt, Vidio Ultimate All Screen subscription packages purchased through sales channels other than the Vidio Platform (such as e-commerce platforms and other third-party channels) do not include a Disney+ Standard subscription package.
4.Disney+ Bundling may be purchased by all users, whether New Users or Existing Subscribers, as follows:
a)New Users
1)Users who do not have an active subscription package and purchase Ultimate Disney+ on or after 1 October 2026; and
2)Users who have an account and an active Platinum, Platinum Extra, or Ultimate Mobile subscription package and upgrade to the Ultimate Disney+ Package.
b)Existing Subscribers
Users with an active Vidio Ultimate All Screen subscription with a duration of:
1)3 months, purchased on or after 1 August 2026; or
2)1 year, purchased on or after 15 July 2026.
For the purposes of these Disney+ Bundling Terms, New Users and Existing Subscribers shall collectively be referred to as “Disney+ Bundling Users”.
5.Each purchase of Ultimate Disney+ that has been successfully confirmed is final and may not, under any circumstances, be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded (non-refundable).
6.Without prejudice to the provisions of the Vidio Privacy Policy, by activating the Disney+ Standard service, Disney+ Bundling Users acknowledge and agree that Vidio will share the Disney+ Bundling User’s name, email address and/or telephone number with PT Walt Disney Indonesia (“Disney”) for the purposes of activating, providing, and promoting the Disney+ service.
B.Access to Disney+ Bundling
1.Vidio Ultimate All Screen
Once the Disney+ Bundling purchase transaction has been successfully confirmed, the Vidio Ultimate All Screen Package will be automatically activated on the Disney+ Bundling User’s Vidio account and may be used for the selected subscription period.
2.Disney+ Standard
As part of the Disney+ Bundling, Disney+ Bundling Users will receive access to the Disney+ Standard subscription package at no additional charge. Disney+ Standard is one of Disney’s paid subscription services, with its value and applicable terms and conditions as set out at https://www.disneyplus.com/id-id.
Unlike Vidio Ultimate All Screen, which is activated automatically, the Disney+ Standard subscription must be separately activated by the Disney+ Bundling User using a “Disney+ Coupon”, being a single-use digital code that may be used to activate a Disney+ Standard subscription.
a)Issuance of Disney+ Coupon
1)New Users
The Disney+ Coupon will be issued immediately after the purchase of, or upgrade to, Ultimate Disney+ has been successfully confirmed, and may be accessed through the channel referred to in paragraph (b) below.
2)Existing Subscribers
The Disney+ Coupon will be issued based on the original transaction date of the Vidio Ultimate All Screen 3-Month or 1-Year subscription. For purchases made after 15 July 2026 and before 1 October 2026, the Disney+ Coupon will be issued as follows:
-Disney+ Coupons will be issued progressively on a monthly basis, each with a duration of 1 (one) month, on the same calendar date as the original purchase date of the Vidio Ultimate All Screen Package in each subsequent month.
-For the avoidance of doubt, specifically for the Vidio Ultimate All Screen 3-Month Package, Disney+ Coupons will only be issued to Existing Subscribers who purchased the Vidio Ultimate All Screen 3-Month Package on or after 1 August 2026.
Illustration:
If an Existing Subscriber purchases a Vidio Ultimate All Screen Package on 15 August 2026:
●for the 3-Month Disney+ Bundling, a Disney+ Coupon with a duration of 1 (one) month will be issued on 15 October 2026 and will expire on 15 November 2026; or
●for the 1-Year Disney+ Bundling, Disney+ Coupons, each with a duration of 1 (one) month, will be issued on the 15th day of each month commencing on 15 October 2026 for 10 (ten) months.
b)Access to Disney+ Coupon Information
Information relating to, and the code for, the Disney+ Coupon may be viewed and accessed through the following channels:
1)the Post-Payment Screen displayed immediately after the Disney+ Bundling has been successfully purchased;
2)the “My Packages” and “Package Details” sections on the Vidio Platform; and/or
3)notifications from Vidio, including push notifications, email, and inbox notifications on the Vidio Platform.
c)Activation of Disney+ Coupon
1)To access and enjoy the Disney+ service, Disney+ Bundling Users must first create a Disney+ account or log in to their existing Disney+ account on the Disney+ platform and activate the Disney+ Coupon code through the available activation mechanism.
2)To minimize potential technical issues, Disney+ Bundling Users are STRONGLY ADVISED to use the same email address and/or telephone number registered to their Vidio account when creating or logging in to their Disney+ account.
3)PLEASE NOTE that a Disney+ Coupon may only be activated on a Disney+ account that does not have an active subscription package. If the Disney+ account has an active Disney+ subscription, the Disney+ Coupon may only be activated after the existing subscription period has expired.
4)Disney+ Bundling Users must comply with the applicable terms and conditions of both the Vidio Platform and the Disney+ platform.
5)The Disney+ Coupon can be activated until 31 January 2027. Vidio reserves the right to change the activation deadline from time to time. Disney+ Bundling Users are encouraged to activate the Disney+ Coupon as soon as possible after receiving it. If the Disney+ Coupon is not activated by the applicable deadline, it will expire and can no longer be used. Disney+ Bundling Users may not request any refund, compensation, or replacement in respect of any Disney+ Coupon that is not activated by such a deadline.
d)Disney+ Standard Active Period
Regardless of the date on which the Disney+ Coupon is activated, the active period of Disney+ Standard shall commence on the date the Disney+ Coupon is issued and shall expire in accordance with the applicable duration of such Disney+ Coupon. For the avoidance of doubt, the entire Disney+ Standard subscription period shall expire at the same time as the Vidio Ultimate All Screen Package held by the relevant Disney+ Bundling User.
C.Use of Disney+ Bundling
Specifically with respect to Disney+ Standard, the service is intended solely for personal and non-commercial use and may not be used for public exhibition or display at commercial venues, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, watch parties, or for any other commercial purpose.
D.Miscellaneous
a)These Disney+ Bundling Terms are made available in Bahasa Indonesia and English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Bahasa Indonesia and English versions, the Bahasa Indonesia version shall prevail.
b)These Disney+ Bundling Terms may be amended from time to time at Vidio’s sole discretion. We encourage you to review these Disney+ Bundling Terms periodically.
