Terms & Conditions of Vidio Premier 

(hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Vidio Premier”) 

Vidio Premier is a variation of streaming service package provided by Vidio to make it accessible for You to watch the exclusive content of Vidio, starting from local and international sports such as football, badminton, tennis, basketball and others as well as Vidio Original Series starting from drama to action, movies and the best selected series from various country, such as Indonesia, Korea, Thailand, India and other interesting entertainment. This subscription package is very suitable for You who like to watch 24/7 anywhere, anytime! You can access Vidio Premier via the internet to your mobile phone, laptop, or other devices available from time to time in accordance with these Vidio Premier Terms and the package you choose.

For the avoidance of doubt, all Vidio Premier subscription packages may be changed from time to time with various types of naming and content variations that may differ from one another. The location where you access the Vidio Premier package may also affect the content you receive.

Other than the provisions in this Terms of Vidio Premier, You will always be bound by and comply with  General Terms and Privacy Policy. All capitalized terms not defined otherwise in the Terms of VidioPremier shall have the same meanings as those in the  General Terms.

Membership

1. By using Vidio Premier service, You are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to Terms of Vidio Premier as well as their changes from time to time without prior notice, therefore, You are expected to always check the Terms of Vidio Premier. By continuing to use or subscribe to the Vidio Premier service, you are deemed to have agreed to any changes to the Vidio Premier Terms.

2. You shall have internet access and supported devices in order to enjoy Vidio Premier service.

3. By subscribing to Vidio Premier, Vidio may contact You via email and e-greetings, push notifications as well as newsletters (including but not limited to via Whatsapp), to inform You about the latest news of Vidio Premier, surveys, special offers or other promotions.

4. Vidio Premier service is not intended to be used by children under the age of 13 and is only intended to be used by the User who has fulfilled the Terms and Conditions.

5. The Terms of Vidio Premier may be subjected to change at any time without prior notice. By always using Vidio Premier service, You are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to any changes applied by Vidio to the Terms of Vidio Premier and its services.

6. Usage of the Vidio Premier service is only allowed for personal and non-commercial use, for that You are not allowed to share or resell to other parties.

Payment Method of Vidio Premier

For payment method, we offer 2 (two) options: 

1. Auto-Recurring (Automatic Periodic Payment) 

2. One-Time Payment

Video Premier Devices

You can watch Vidio Premier services on the following device options:

1. Mobile phone, tablet, or other form of devices through Vidio application in Android and iOS operating system;

2. Desktop/laptop/PC browser;

3. Smart TV;

4. Set-Top-Box which support the Vidio application;

5. Mobile Browser; and

6. Other devices that  are approved by Vidio and support Vidio Premier services from time to time.

As for Mobile package, You are only allowed to watch on the following devices:

1. Mobile phone, tablet, or other form of devices through Vidio application in Android and iOS operating system; and

2. Mobile Browser.

Mobile packages are not allowed to watch premier Content on the following platform(s):

1. Smart TV;

2. Desktop/Laptop/PC browser; and

3. Casting to Chrome-cast-enabled device.

Vidio Premier service can only be watched on 1 (one) device simultaneously and can be available on a maximum of 4 (four) devices for each subscription account. If we find that your Vidio Premier account is available on more than the permitted devices, then the device will be automatically logged out or access will be terminated. Vidio also has the right to carry out other things, as long as it is permitted by applicable law, at its own discretion, if there is an indication of misuse of your Vidio Premier account.

Some Content might have specific requirements to comply with Content owner’s requirements, such as Digital Rights Management (DRM), High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP), and geoblock. Make sure Your device is compatible with the requirements.

Vidio applications may vary by device and media, and functions and features may also differ between devices or in countries where Vidio provides Vidio Premier and/or Services.

Claim, Replacement and Cancellation of Package Purchases

Vidio does not make replacement or refund of money for the purchase of Vidio Premier package. Vidio Premier package You purchased cannot be canceled unilaterally by the User/You. Claims for replacement of package purchases can only be made subject to Vidio's approval, and replaced with the same package according to the duration of purchase (month or year), as well as according to the existing package in Vidio Premier. Vidio reserves the right to cancel and/or deactivate the User's package if there are actions that are suspected or proven to be inconsistent with the applicable Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the General Terms and Terms of Vidio Premier), and/or if there are indications or proven fraud/violations that are detrimental to Vidio, without any compensation.

Vidio may change or renew the Service and the subscription fees of Vidio Premier package from time to time, but such changes will be applied by Vidio in the next billing cycle. If You disagree with the change, You may cancel your subscription.

Vidio Premier Content Service

Vidio Premier Service or the Content available in Vidio Premier shall become the full right for Vidio in presenting, loading, arranging, deleting, as well as promoting in a package or outside the package. The presentation of Service or Content in Vidio Premier package is Vidio's full right in presenting, loading, arranging, deleting, or not representing any Content in the package service without requiring prior notification to the User.

The Content available to watch will vary depending on the subscription package You choose.

You may enjoy Content in Vidio Premier in the country where You access Vidio Premier, but in respect with the license, Vidio may also apply geoblocking to Vidio Premier service thereby the access is limited to certain geographic locations/country.

The quality of Vidio Premier Content may vary in every device and may be affected by several factors, such as your location, your internet connection speed and device capabilities.

Services, Content, and/or other things contained in Vidio Premier, the Vidio application, or the Services as a whole may vary in each country, in accordance with the discretion, decisions, and/or licenses obtained by Vidio.

Content Copyright

Vidio is the copyright and license holder for the distribution and viewing of the content available in Vidio Premier package. You are not allowed to own, distribute, redistribute, republish the content contained in Vidio Premier without prior written consent of Vidio. Vidio reserves the right to deactivate User account (either temporarily or permanently), to stop providing any Services, to impose any acts, and carry out legal proceedings in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesian territory against any User who:

1. download content illegally;

2. duplicate content in any way;

3. redistribute content in any way;

4. share or sell Vidio Premier account and passwords to other parties to allow them to access the content they are not subscribed to; and 

5. commit any other fraud that may harm or cause loss to Vidio whether directly or indirectly.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability 

Vidio Premier services are provided "as is'' and without any warranties or terms. Vidio makes no representation or warranties of any kind that our services will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Any loss without exception due to actions taken by the User that are not related to the Vidio application, are entirely the responsibility of the User, and the User releases the responsibility of Vidio, officials and employees and each of its affiliated companies from any such loss and/or risk. As far as permitted by the law, if applicable, total liability of Vidio and its affiliates, to any claimant, for any and all claims, shall not exceed the payment made by the User to Vidio during the subscription term.

Penalty of Service Usage

If You are indicated or proven to have violated any or all provisions under this Terms of Vidio Premier, then Vidio reserves the right to terminate and suspend Your account and You will no longer able to use the same email account and/or phone number to register Yourself again on Vidio Service and Platform by anyway whatsoever (including repurchasing another Vidio Premier subscription package, claiming for reactivation through our Customer Care, etc.).

Under any circumstances, Vidio reserves its rights to take legal action against anyone who commits or is suspected of committing a violation of the Terms and Conditions that have been explained, including but not limited to civil or criminal matters that are permitted by the applicable laws and regulations. applies in the Republic of Indonesia.
