Terms and Conditions for Vidio Lite TV and Platinum TV Packages

(“Terms”)

These Terms govern the use of the Vidio Lite TV and Platinum TV packages on designated smart TV hardware supplied by official Vidio partners (including but not limited to TCL, Coocaa, along with other manufacturers defined by Vidio periodically) enabling entry to the Vidio Platform (“Smart TV Devices”).

By purchasing activating, or using the Vidio Lite TV or Platinum TV package, You are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, which constitute additional terms to, and remain subject to, the General Terms, Privacy Policy, or other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of the Vidio Platform (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”), which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of these Terms.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions contained in these Terms and the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined in these Terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions.

A.Activation and Use

1.Access to the Vidio Lite TV or Platinum TV is actively integrated into Smart TV Devices. For the avoidance of doubt, Smart TV Devices herein refer solely to smart televisions (Smart TV) from Vidio's official partners, and does not include other devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, or computers.

2.The Vidio Lite TV or Platinum TV can only be accessed and used on 1 (one) Smart TV Device.

3.The Vidio Lite TV and Platinum TV are provided solely for personal (non-commercial) use. You are not permitted to host public viewings in public or commercial venues, or to transfer, share, or resell access to the Vidio Lite TV or Platinum TV to any third party.

B.Content Access

1.Platinum TV Packages users can access content available on the Vidio Platform, except for:

●ReelShort mini-dramas;

●Indonesian National Team match broadcasts;

●FIFA ASEAN Cup broadcasts;

●Asian Games broadcasts;

●English Premier League (EPL), FA Cup, Serie A, Ligue 1 broadcasts;

●BWF, WTA, ATP, Padel Premier broadcasts; and

●F1, MotoGP, WSBK, MXGP, Saudi Pro League, UFC, Golf broadcasts.

2.Vidio Lite TV Package users can access content available on Vidio Platform, except for:

●ReelShort mini-dramas;

●Indonesian National Team match broadcasts;

●FIFA ASEAN Cup broadcasts;

●Asian Games broadcasts; and

●Other international sports matches or content broadcasts.

3.Vidio may from time to time modify or update the availability of content within the Vidio Lite TV or Platinum TV Packages.

4.You understand and agree that the playback of content on the Vidio Platform as mentioned in paragraphs (1) and (2) above includes advertisements.

C.Miscellaneous

1.These Terms are prepared in Indonesian and English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

2.These Terms may be modified from time to time at Vidio’s sole discretion. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.
