VIDIO ARCADE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Vidio Arcade Terms”)


Vidio Arcade is a mobile game/arcade and other game features (as relevant) offered by Vidio from time to time contained on the “Vidio Arcade” menu that are intended for the sole entertainment purposes and personal benefit of Users, as well as have the chance to redeem the Reward which provided by Vidio. You are able to participate in Vidio Arcade only through a mobile application with an internet network.


By participating in or playing any of the Games (as defined below) of Vidio Arcade, You are an authorized “User” as set forth in General Terms, unconditionally and irrevocably agree to be bound by, and will accept the Vidio Arcade Terms (as well as any amendments thereof from time to time). You shall always be bound and subject to this Vidio Arcade Terms. 


All capitalized terms not otherwise defined in these Vidio Arcade Terms shall have the same meaning as in the General Terms.


  1. GAME

  1. All games that Vidio makes available on the "Vidio Arcade" menu ("Games") can only be played by registered Users through the Vidio Platform ("Player") and are exclusively accessible on devices designated by Vidio.
  2. Games may be changed from time to time by Vidio without prior notice to Users.
  3. Players may play the Games by using coin ("Coin") owned by the Player in accordance with the amount of Coin required in the relevant Game.
  4. In the event the Player does not have enough Coin, then the Player cannot play the Game, unless there is an option to play without Coin (if provided).
  5. In the event that the option of playing the Game without Coin is available, Players may play the Game without Coin in accordance with the conditions set forth by Vidio, one of which is that Players have the possibility of playing without obtaining Tickets (as defined below) or through mechanism as provided by Vidio.
  6. Players may play the Game in accordance with the time specified in the Game. In the event that the time has expired or the Player exits the Game before the time expires or through other mechanisms which may be provided in such Game, the Game shall be deemed completed.
  7. Players who have played the Games in Vidio Arcade are entitled to receive prizes in the form of tickets ("Tickets"), the amount of which is determined based on the value of the Games played as long as the Player plays the Games that use Coin.
  8. Tickets will expire 1 (one) year after it is obtained by the Player, or as long as the Reward is still provided by Vidio on the redemption center page, whichever is earlier.
  9. Tickets that have been obtained by Players cannot be refunded or cashed out in any way.
  10. Tickets are not transferable by Users/Players to other Users/Players/third parties. Transfer of Tickets will be considered as an extraordinary action (cheating), and Vidio has the right to disqualify and banned from Vidio Arcade and/or the Game, as well as to void the award of such Tickets without prior confirmation to the Player.
  11. Any player who is detected to perform an extraordinary action, including and not limited to the use of third party applications/bots, using clone accounts, deliberately spreading answer key information for each game and all actions detrimental to Vidio or other players, will be disqualified and blacklisted from Vidio Arcade and/or the Games being participated in without prior notice, as well as canceling the award of Tickets without confirming to the Player in advance.
  12. Vidio has the right to determine the winner, the number of Tickets, and/or the conduct of the game in its sole and absolute discretion, in accordance with the system available in each Game.


  1. Coin

  1. Coin is used to be able to play the game by the player in Vidio Arcade.

  2. Coin is obtained in several ways, including but not limited to, subscribing to Vidio packages directly (excluding bundles with mobile operators, internet service providers, or other third parties), purchasing Coin directly, and/or other ways that Vidio may allow from time to time.

  3. Purchase of Coin can be made through the Vidio Platform or other party which collaborates with Vidio (as applicable) in accordance with the available payment methods.

  4. Coin that has been purchased and/or obtained by Players cannot be returned or cashed out.

  5. Coin that has been used to play the Game cannot be refunded or exchanged or cashed out.

  6. Coin is not transferable by a User/Player to another User/Player. The transfer of Coin will be considered as cheating, and Vidio has the right to disqualify and ban such User/Player from Vidio Arcade and/or the Game, and cancel the transfer of Coin without any prior notice to the User/Player.

  7. The purchases of Coin directly include all applicable taxes including Value Added Tax (VAT).

  8. If there is an Coin transaction that is suspicious or not in accordance with the proper purchasing process or there is an error from another third party, then Vidio has the right to follow up on the failure of the transaction by carry out the necessary things, including but not limited to making a refund, withdrawing Coin from the Player's account, or any other actions without prior notification.

  9. Any obstacles in purchasing Coin can be submitted through info@vidio.com by submitting the supporting documents, including but not limited to proof of transaction.


  1. REWARD REDEMPTION

  1. General Conditions of Reward Redemption ("Redemption" or “Redeem”)

  2. Reward Redemption can only be made on the Vidio Platform and only by using Tickets.

  3. Each Ticket can only be redeemed for any product or item ("Reward") as available at the redemption center from time to time.

  4. Vidio has the right to modify or change the type, form, type or amount of the Reward or the availability of the Reward from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notification.

  5. In order to Rredeem, the Player is required to fill in certain data which may include the Player's personal data, including but not limited to address, telephone number, or account number (as relevant). The Player hereby agrees to the use, submission, processing and storage of such personal data and other data to and by Vidio.

  6. Any Redeem process carried out by the Player is considered as the Player's own awareness, so that any data entered by the Player including and not limited to the type of Reward item, personal data and shipping address will be considered complete and correct as submitted by the Player.

  7. Vidio may cooperate with other third parties as providers or intermediaries for providing Rewards (including but not limited to sellers, logistics service providers, and platforms) at the redemption center ("Partner"). By doing the Redemption, the Player hereby agrees to the use, transfer, processing and storage of personal data or other data by Vidio and Partner for the purpose of Redemption.

  8. Taxes on each reward redemption will be charged to the Player in accordance with the applicable tax provisions in the Republic of Indonesia.


  1. Redemption of Physical and Digital Reward

  1. Every Ticket amount stated for each Reward product is the applicable exchange rate to Redeem.

  2. Any Ticket that has been Redeemed is irrevocable and or refundable.

  3. Every Player who has successfully Redeemed the Tickets for a Reward item will be notified of success and their previously owned Tickets will be deducted according to the number of Tickets specified for that Reward item.

  4. Any Reward items already redeemed for Tickets by Players cannot be canceled for any reason.

  5. Vidio has the right to cancel the Redemption of the Reward as long as in Vidio's sole discretion it is alleged that there are acts from the Player that are not reasonable, there is fraud, and/or do not comply with the Vidio Arcade Terms.

  6. Vidio has the right to void the Redemption of the Reward due to any third party reasons, including but not limited to insufficient stock availability of Reward items, unsuitable condition of Reward items, and/or any other reasons that Vidio may, but is not obligated to, notify the Player.

  7. The player acknowledges that the actual color of the product on the redemption center page is influenced and depends on the screen and monitor. Vidio has made every effort to display the most accurate colors as possible, but will not guarantee the colors displayed will be the same and accurate as displayed.

  8. Any official information related to Reward redemption will be informed through Vidio Arcade social media, redemption center page, email, and Vidio Platform notification.


  1. DELIVERY

  1. Digital Reward Items

  2. In the event that the Reward item is in the form of digital, the delivery will be made directly to the account specified by the Player according to the specified time after confirmation of Reward redemption is given by Vidio.

  3. If the delivery of digital reward items is delayed, Vidio will provide confirmation to the Player with a maximum of 14 (fourteen) business days.

  4. In the event that the delay in delivery of digital Reward items is caused by technical constraints and/or other reasons from the Partner, Vidio will provide information regarding the matter to the Player via email, WhatsApp or notification on the Vidio Platform.

  5. Delivery of digital Reward items only valid for the territory of Indonesia. If there is a digital Reward item delivery that is not possible for any reason, Vidio has the right to cancel the Redemption of digital Reward without confirmation to the Players.

  6. For every canceled Redemption, the Ticket will be refunded according to the nominal value of the Reward item redemption with a maximum of 3 business days after the cancellation is made.


  1. Physical Reward Items

  1. In the event that the Reward item is in physical form, the delivery will be made to the address as submitted by the Player.

  2. The delivery duration of physical Reward items will follow the estimation provided on the Vidio Arcade menu.

  3. The delivery of physical Reward items can be delivered by Vidio and/or Partners. 

  4. Players may not change the delivery address that has been submitted during the Redemption process. Vidio and/or Partners are not responsible for any error in the address specified by the Player. If the address provided by the Player is incomplete or incorrect, the Reward redemption will not be processed and the Ticket will be returned to the Player without prior notification to the Player.

  5. Vidio has the right, but with no obligation, to display each order status of the Reward item redemption on the relevant Player's redemption center page.

  6. If the physical Reward item ordered is not delivered or fails to be delivered, and is not received by the Player, at the confirmation of the Partner, Vidio will inform the Player through the communication channel specified by the Player, including email or WhatsApp or Push Notification of the registered account and automatically cancel the order.

  7. Delivery of physical Reward items only applies to the territory of Indonesia. If there is any delivery of physical Reward items that is not possible for any reason, Vidio has the right to cancel the Redemption of physical Reward items without confirming to the Player in advance.

  8. For every canceled Redemption, the Ticket will be refunded according to the nominal value of the Reward item redemption with a maximum of 3 business days after the cancellation is made.

  9. Players agree to the shipping policy of all Reward items including but not limited to the selection of shipping services.

  10. Redemption of Tickets in accordance with the specified amount for physical Reward items is inclusive of shipping and insurance fees. The Player agrees that Vidio may determine at any time to charge shipping, insurance or any fees for the purpose of delivering physical Reward items to the Player.

  11. If provided by Vidio, if the Player wants to collect the physical Reward item directly, the Player can contact Vidio via email info@vidio.com by attaching the required documents, including proof of rRedeem and the Player's identity. Vidio has the right to accept or reject any request from the Player for any reason.

  12. If there are costs incurred when returning Reward items, including but not limited to insurance and shipping costs, it will be borne by the Player.


  1. COMPLAINT ON REWARD ITEM

  1. If there is damage to the items during delivery, it is not the responsibility of Vidio.

  2. Players are required to provide documentation of package opening when they receive a package containing a physical Reward item sent to the address specified by the Player as validation when a complaint is made.

  3. Returns are only allowed if the error is made by the Partner and the items do not match the description.

  4. If the complaint for damage or discrepancy of the Reward item is made after more than 1x24 hours after the Reward item is received at the address specified by the Player, then Vidio and/or Partner has the right to reject the complaint. Any complaints and grievances can be made through Vidio at the email address info@vidio.com. The settlement of complaints or complaints can be carried out by Vidio or in collaboration with Partners. Every complaint for damage to Player items must attach proof of Redemption, proof of package documentation, and Player identity. If one of the reporting requirements is not fulfilled, Vidio and/or Partners have the right to reject the form of complaints and grievances.


  1. OTHERS

  1. Vidio Arcade is a gaming platform owned and operated by PT Super Fantasi Dot Com and licensed and fully operated by Vidio.

  2. Players and/or Users who at the time Vidio Arcade is provided have "Vidio Rewards", Vidio will convert "Vidio Rewards" into Tickets in accordance with the conversion value as set out by Vidio.

  3. Player data and information contained in Vidio Arcade, including for carrying out each order transaction made at the Vidio Platform redemption center will be retained as long as it is still used for the purposes referred to in the Privacy Policy and as required by applicable laws. Vidio will stop storing Player data and information immediately if Vidio considers that the data Vidio collects is no longer suitable for the purpose for which the data was collected, the storage of such data is no longer necessary, is not permitted to be stored or is required to be deleted by applicable law.

  4. The Player hereby agrees and consents that Vidio at its discretion may at any time impose additional fees to carry out Redemption in the Vidio Arcade redemption center system in the form of increasing the number of Tickets required or in any way.

  5. Players hereby agree to consent to be contacted by Vidio and/or Partners (as relevant) via inbox, email, telephone, social media, WhatsApp, SMS, or any media channel at any time in relation to Vidio Arcade.

  6. Each Player agrees that Vidio and/or Partners (as relevant) have the right to use the image/video/identity related to the Player's profile for promotional/marketing needs and testimonials.

  7. The Players agree that Vidio has the right to announce the winner's name on social media accounts or other marketing media without any prior notice.

  8. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in the Vidio Arcade features or this Vidio Arcade Terms shall be construed or deemed to imply that Vidio Arcade is sponsored by Apple or any of its entities which are not affiliated with Vidio, except as expressly set forth in the relevant additional terms and conditions. 

  9. This Vidio Arcade Terms is made in Indonesian and English, in case of any differences between the Indonesian and English, the Indonesian version will prevail and all differences in English version will be deemed to have been automatically amended and adapted to the Indonesian version.

  10. The Vidio Arcade Terms may be amended from time to time at Vidio's sole discretion without prior notice.
