How to Use the Invite Friends / Referrals Feature to Get DANA Balance Rewards

There are 2 types of users who are involved in the Invite Friends / Referral program, namely Referrer (who invites) and Referee (who is invited).

3. Click Share, then share your Referral code as much as you can through your social media

4. Invite as many of your friends as possible to use the Referral code that you have shared

5. Make sure your DANA account is linked (binded) to your Vidio account

6. If your friend has successfully subscribed to the Premiere using your Referral code, then you are entitled to get the DANA rewards which will appear on the Invite Friend / Referral page in the Your Rewards section.

7. Your DANA rewards will be automatically sent to your DANA account which has been linked (binded) to your Vidio account within 3 x 24 hours on working days after your friend has successfully subscribed to Premiere using your Referral code.

How to Referee using Referral code:

There are 2 ways for the Referee to use the Referral code:

1. Using the link shared by the Referrer

2. Click / open the Referral code link that has been shared by your friend (Referrer)

3. The redeem page will open with the referral code automatically filled in the voucher column and click Apply

4. Complete your transaction using the available payment methods

5. If your transaction is successful, then your Vidio Premier package is active and can be used to watch thousands of featured shows on Vidio

2. Copying the Referral code provided by the Referrer

1. Copy the Referral code that has been shared by your friend (Referrer)

3. Enter the Referral code that you copied earlier, then click Apply

4. Complete your transaction using the available payment methods

Terms and Conditions (TnC)

1. TERMS

2. Every Vidio user, be it a Referrer or Referee, has the right to join the Invite Friends / Referral program if they have logged in to the Vidio account, and the account has been verified.

3. The way to register an account is as follows:

   1. Register an active mobile number.

   2. Enter the user name / username while selecting a password.

   3. Verify the mobile number that has been registered

4. Each account owner must ensure that the mobile number is verified.

5. Each account owner has agreed to follow the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by Vidio.com

6. Only new users who have never owned and subscribed to the Vidio package before can use and redeem the referral code

7. Every account owner (referrer) must connect a DANA account to a Vidio account to be entitled to a DANArewards

2. CONDITIONS

1. Every Vidio user who participates in the Invite Friend / Referral program must comply with the following conditions:

   1. Each eferrer have the opportunity to get a maximum of 10 DANA rewards every month as long as the rewards quota is still available

   2. Referral codes can be distributed via the Vidio App or the Vidio.com website

   3. Referral code can only be used / redeemed on the Vidio.com website

   4. The account owner is declared ineligible to participate in the Invite Friend / Referral program if he does not meet the requirements specified by Vidio.

2. The Referral Code can only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with people who are related to the Referrer.

3. Referral Codes may not be shared or distributed anywhere without a clear reason.

4. Vidio as the organizer, in its sole discretion, has the right without prior notice, to withdraw the DANA Rewards or suspend an account that does not meet and/or violates and/or is suspected of cheating on the rules of the Invite Friends / Referral program as well as the rules of Vidio as a whole.

5. Vidio as the organizer has the right to modify, cancel, or stop the Invite Friends / Referral program at any time if deemed necessary, without prior notice.

6. DANA rewards cannot be returned and/or exchanged for money or any products.

7. Make sure your DANA account is active and connected to your Vidio account to be entitled to DANA rewards. If in the process of sending the rewards, your account is inactive and not connected (bind) to your Vidio account then we reserve the right to cancel sending your DANA rewards.

8. Also make sure your DANA account has not reached the monthly limit, which is the combined monthly transaction limit of IDR 20,000,000. If in the process of sending the rewards, your DANA account has reached the monthly limit, we reserve the right to cancel sending your DANA rewards.

9. DANA rewards cannot be sent and will be forfeited if the balance stored in your DANA account has reached the maximum limit of IDR 2,000,000 for general DANA users & IDR 10,000,000 for DANA Premium users. Make sure the balance stored in your DANA account has not reached the maximum limit so that your referral rewards is not forfeited

3. REWARD RECEIVING MECHANISM

1. Referrer is required to link (bind) DANA account with a Vidio account first to be entitled to receive a DANA rewards through the following options:

5. Click Activate DANA

6. Enter your mobile number

7. Enter your DANA PIN

8. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number

9. Click Continue (Continue)

10. Your DANA account has been successfully linked to your Vidio account

2. Via Referral page (Android, Web Desktop, Mobile Browser)

1. Go to the main Vidio page, login to your Vidio account

2. Select the Account menu on the Android application Homepage

3. Click Invite Friends to enter the Referral page

4. You can also access the referral page via the following link https://vidio.com/referral (web-desktop) or https://m.vidio.com/referral (mobile browser)

5. Click Connect Now in the yellow banner available on the Referral page

6. Enter your mobile number

7. Enter your DANA PIN

8. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number

9. Click Continue (Continue)

10. Your DANA account has been successfully linked to your Vidio account

2. Rewards from the Invite Friends / Referral program, in the form of DANA Rewards for Referrers and a discount of Rp. 9,000 for 30 Days Premier Platinum Vidio for Referees.

3. The reward is DANA balance of IDR 10,000 for the Referrer, if he successfully invites friends / Referees who have never subscribed or are new users of Vidio Premier.

4. Rewards in the form of DANA balance for the Referrer will be sent 3 x 24 hours on the working day after your friend has successfully subscribed to the Premiere using your Referral code for the referrer who has connected the DANA account to the Vidio account.

5. For referrers who have not connected (binded) their DANA account to their Vidio account, but your friend has successfully used your referral code. You will be given the opportunity to connect a DANA account within 1x24 hours since your friend has successfully used your referral code. A notification will be sent as a reminder to connect the DANA account.

   1. If you successfully connect your DANA account within that time window, the DANA rewards will be sent to your DANA account within 3 x 24 hours on the working day after the DANA account is successfully connected.

   2. If you fail to connect your DANA account within that time window, your DANA rewards will be forfeited

6. Rewards in the form of DANA balances for Referrers are only available for 4,000 referrers with a maximum quota of 30,000 successful transactions using the referral code every month. If the number of referrals has reached 4,000 and/or the referral's successful transaction has reached 30,000 then no more DANA rewards will be sent for that month

7. Rewards in the form of a discount of IDR 9,000 Vidio Premier 30 Days for Referees will be activated if the Referee uses the referral code provided by the Referrer when applying the referral code at checkout or on the redeem page when purchasing Vidio Premier 30 Days

8. If there is a problem in receiving the rewards, please email to info@vidio.com within 3 x 24 hours on working days. The constraints referred to include the following:

   1. The DANA rewards for the Referrer is not received in the Referrer's DANA account until 3 x 24 hours on the working day after your friend has successfully subscribed to the Premier using your Referral code

   2. There is no 30 Day Premier Video discount for Referees when using the Referral code

1. What is the Invite Friend / Referral program?

Invite Friends / Referral Program is a feature where you can invite your friends to subscribe to Premiere on Vidio with a referral code, invitees will get DANA rewards of IDR 10,000 each time they invite friends who have never subscribed to Premier. 2. Who are Referrer and Referee?

Referrer is the person who invites/spreads the referral code, while the Referee is the person who is invited/gets the referral code.

3. What are the benefits for you (Referrer) after sharing the referral code?

You will get a DANA Rewards of IDR 10,000 if you manage to invite your friends to purchase a 30 Days Premier Platinum package who have never subscribed to the Premier package on Vidio (Premier Platinum and Premier package obtained from bundling). So, the more friends you manage to invite, the more DANA rewards you will get!

4. What will your friend (Referee) get when they receive the referral code?

The friends you invite will get a discount of Rp. 9,000 for a 30-day subscription to Vidio Premier Platinum.

   2. Click Share, then spread as much of your Referral code as you can through your social media

   5. Make sure your DANA account is linked to your Vidio account

6. How can my friend (Referee) use the referral code from the Referrer?

There are two ways to use the referral code, namely using the link provided by the Referrer and copying the Referral code provided by the Referrer on the Use Voucher Code page or on the checkout page.

7. Is there a maximum limit for me to get the DANA Rewards?

Yes, you (Referrer) have the opportunity to get a maximum of 10 DANA Rewards every month as long as the rewards quota is still available.

8. Why can't I send my referral code?

   1. You are not logged in Video

   2. You haven't verified your account using your mobile number

9. I have shared my referral code, but why can't I get my DANA balance reward in my DANA account?

   1. Your referral code has not been successfully used by a friend to buy a 30-Day platinum premiere package

   2. Your friend activates the premiere package without using your referral code

   3. Your friend has not completed the Vidio Premier purchase transaction using your Referral code

   4. You haven't linked your DANA account with your Vidio account

   5. The monthly quota for the DANA reward has run out

10. If my referral code has been used by my friend but I haven't connected my DANA account to my Vidio account, will my DANA balance be forfeited?

Yes, your DANA rewards will be forfeited if you do not connect your DANA account within 1x24 hours since your friend successfully used your referral code.

1. If you successfully connect your DANA account within that time window, the DANA balance reward will be sent to your DANA account within 3 x 24 hours on the working day after the DANA account is successfully connected.

2. If you fail to connect your DANA account within that time window, your DANA rewards will be forfeited
