VIDIO GAMES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(hereafter will be referred as “Video Games Terms”)
“Vidio Games” is mobile games and other interactive gaming features offered by Vidio including but not limited to quizzes, polls, voting, etc., which are intended for entertainment purposes and your personal benefit only. You can participate in Vidio Games via the Vidio Application which can be accessed on a mobile device (e.g., smartphone or tablet) as long as you have a sufficient internet connection to access the Vidio Games page and/or related games.
Other than the provisions in this Terms of Vidio Games, You will always be bound by and comply with General Terms and Privacy Policy. All capitalized terms not defined otherwise in the Terms of Vidio Games shall have the same meanings as those in the General Terms.
Every User who chooses/decides to participate in a gaming event on the Vidio Games page is considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions (including its changes from time to time):
This Vidio Games Terms apply to all types of games available from time to time on the Vidio Games page, including but not limited to:
Original Series Quiz, with details of the quiz names following the title of the Original Series being aired;
Tebak Pemenang;
Kuis Tebak Cepat;
Weekend Kuis Seru;
Kuis Daebak Vidio;
Vidio Game Show (10 Detik Untung);
Kuis Sinetron; and/or
Other Vidio Quizzes (including but not limited to concerts/meet & greets),
hereinafter referred to as “Quiz”.
User must be Indonesian citizens (WNI), residing in Indonesia, and at least 13 years old, proven by an ID or family card.
Each User must have a verified Vidio account with an active phone number or email.
In the case where a game is created for a User subscribing to a Vidio package, each User participating in the said game shall obtain a Vidio Premier subscription package legally before the game begins. In connection with that, if You are detected to have a subscription package with a duration longer than 15 (fifteen) months, then such action shall be considered as abnormal behaviour and Vidio reserves the right to alter/limit the duration to be only 15 (fifteen) months.
Each User is only allowed to play with 1 (one) Vidio account and if there is more than one Vidio account detected, it shall be considered as abnormal behavior (cheating).
Any User who is detected carrying out other abnormal behaviour, including and not limited to using applications/bots from third parties, using cloned accounts, deliberately distributing answer key information for each game and all actions that are detrimental to Vidio or other Users, then Vidio has the right to to: (i) disqualify and/or prohibit (banned) User participation from the Vidio Games page; (ii) cancel any prize or ranking awarded to the User; and/or (iii) provide prizes or rankings with winners or rankings below them without confirming to the User who won first.
Each User has agreed to follow all Terms and Conditions
All of Vidio decisions cannot be contested and are absolute
Vidio reserves the right to make any changes to the mechanism, period, prizes, questions given or other mechanisms, without prior notification to the User, including this Vidio Games Terms.
Mechanism to Determine Winners & Prize Distribution:
Each User shall answer all questions correctly and quickly directly in the Vidio application.
The User who is declared the winner is the user who answers the most questions correctly and the fastest, with the number of winners adjusted to the policies of each quiz or game on Vidio Games.
If, in one leaderboard, there are equal scores among Users, the winner is determined by the shortest duration of answering.
Winners are declared disqualified if they do not fulfill the requirements determined by Vidio, as specified below;
Each winner will undergo verification and validation processes after the Quiz program period ends, followed by verification of personal data, and will be contacted by Vidio through email. Therefore, Participants are deemed to consent to be contacted by Vidio via email,during or after the Quiz period.
The verification process is as determined by Vidio, with prior notification to the winner.
If within the period as stipulated by Vidio, the winner does not respond to the Organizer during the verification process, the prize will be given to the User who ranks below them.
Winners agree to complete any documents and other prize distribution requirements without exception, within a maximum of 3 calendar days after being contacted by Vidio. If the documents are not completed according to the schedule and regulations, the prize will be forfeited and will not be given to the winner who ranks below.
The main prize can be won by the User with the highest leaderboard ranking or who complies with the applicable terms and conditions based on these Quiz Terms.
Prizes awarded are as determined in the relevant Quiz Terms, as explained on the Vidio Games page and/or otherwise as determined by Vidio.
Each User is only entitled to receive one main prize from the entire series of quiz programs. If a User wins the main prize more than once (or more than 1 main prize), then the prize that is entitled to be taken is the prize with the highest economic value, by bestowing other prizes on Users with lower rankings on the relevant Quiz leaderboard.
Prizes (except daily prizes) can be received by the winner within a maximum of 90 working days after the verification process for all complete personal and other supporting data of the winner has been completed by Vidio.
Daily prizes in the form of Tickets or other digital prizes, such as e-wallet or credit. The prize can be received a maximum of 14 business days from the end of a Vidio Game.
Announcement of prize winners (except daily prizes) will be officially announced on the leaderboard, social media, and other communication media after the verification process is complete and can be done without prior notification.
Prize tax (including and not limited to daily prizes and main prizes) from any Quiz will be charged to each winner in accordance with the applicable tax provisions in Indonesia.
Prizes cannot be returned and/or exchanged for money or any other products.
Prizes do not apply to all employees of Vidio and its affiliated companies (EMTEK), and all related parties to the implementation of Vidio Games.
Users agree to the distribution and prize determination policies.
Vidio has the right to make any changes to the mechanism, quiz period, questions given or other quiz mechanisms, without prior notification to the User.
Each User and/or winner agrees that Vidio may use images, photos, or other image forms and/or videos related to the User's and/or winner's profile and/or its personal data for promotional/marketing purposes and testimonials.
Users (both winners and participants) will be responsible, indemnify, release, and compensate for all losses against Vidio arising from this violation.
If there is an action that is not in accordance with any applicable provisions and/or there is an indication of fraud/violation that is detrimental to Vidio, Vidio has the right to annul the prize that will be given, cancel or suspend the account owner without any compensation.
Everything in Vidio Games, including the names of winners, answers, comments, impressions, and/or other data, is the full right of Vidio in presenting, loading, arranging, deleting, and promoting it on the Platform or other third parties approved by Vidio. Vidio has the right to cancel and/or stop any feature in Vidio Games for any reason at its own discretion.
The Vidio Games feature is provided on "as is" basis and without any guarantee or condition. Vidio makes no representation or warranty in any form that our services will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Users release Vidio from all claims for losses that may arise, either directly or indirectly. To the extent permitted by law, if applicable, the total liability of Vidio and its affiliates, to anyone claiming, for any and all claims, will be in accordance with that set out in the General Terms.
For avoidance of doubt, none of the features, facilities, or means provided in Vidio Games, these Terms, or relevant Quiz Terms, can be interpreted or deemed that Vidio Games are sponsored by a company (including but not limited to Apple, Google, etc.) or other entities not affiliated with Vidio, unless explicitly stated in a relevant additional terms and conditions.
Vidio Games is a gaming feature owned and operated by PT Super Fantasi Dot Com and licensed and fully operated by Vidio.
